Rehairing

e recommend that a bow be rehaired at least once annually, and more often for professional musicians. All rehairs are performed with the highest quality materials available today.
If the hair won't tighten, it could be an indication that the screw has stripped the eyelet or the hair is simply too long. Should the screw have stripped the eyelet, it can be a simple repair to replace the eyelet.
If the hair is too long, the frog may not be able to move any further back on the track.
We no longer accept rehairs through the mail.
